What data is needed to start taking care of the store?
We will need an account with WordPress administrator privileges and an FTP account with access to the site files. Once we have the above information, it will be possible to implement all the features described in your chosen WooCommerce store care plan.
Does it matter what company I have my hosting purchased from?
Online stores should be hosted on VPS servers, which have more resources than shared hosting. WooCommerce requires more processing power than a standard website. The hosting should reflect this.
If you are not satisfied with your hosting company’s services then we can recommend several that will meet your website’s requirements or buy the VPS hosting we offer or on Google Cloud Platform. Contact us to learn more about our hosting offerings.
How do you protect my site?
We only use verified and legally purchased plug-ins. We will regularly scan your store for security vulnerabilities. We check every few minutes to make sure your store is accessible to customers and free of glitches.
We also make regular backups of your store’s files and database.
You can rest easy knowing that we are watching over the security of your service.
Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
We do not have to sign a long-term contract. Our services can be provided on a month-to-month basis and you can cancel your chosen store maintenance plan at any time.
You can also choose annual billed care under which you will receive 2 months free of charge.

What is included in the minor works?
We consider as minor work any task that we are able to complete up to 30 minutes.
Examples of small jobs: adding a new blog post, adding a new subpage, changing a logo or other graphics, installing a plugin.
For example, modifications of the graphic theme, programming new features, graphic design (modifying the layout of the website, banner design, logo design), plugin modifications, integrations with external CRM or product shipping programs are not considered small jobs.
Can I change to a different plan?
For monthly billing, you can change the selected plan to another at any time. The new plan will be effective from the following month.
With annual billing, it is not possible to change the plan until the currently purchased service expires.
Do you offer multi-service discounts?
Yes, when taking care of 2+ sites, we offer 5% discount on all selected care plans.
You can also combine care plans for sites and WooCommerce stores.
Do you offer individual site care plans?
For the most demanding customers, we are able to prepare an individual offer for permanent care of the online store. For this purpose, please contact us via the contact form.
What payment methods do you support?
You can pay for the selected care plan by traditional bank transfer, using Przelewy24 fast payments, PayPal or credit card.
When am I eligible for a refund under the 30-day guarantee?
We offer full reimbursement of your expenses for the first 30 days of service care. If we are unable to resolve your problem with our service then we will transfer the refund to your bank account within 7 days of your request.
You are not entitled to a refund after 30 days and if we had to perform an additional paid virus cleanup of the site.
Can I cancel at any time?
If you choose a monthly plan, you can cancel at any time. We do not sign a long-term contract so you will not pay any penalties.
With annual billing, you can cancel after the end of the purchased care plan.
What are your support hours?
We work from 9 am to 6 pm, Monday through Friday.

I have a problem with my store. Can you please fix it?
We do our best to make sure that your online store runs smoothly, but sometimes situations happen that are beyond our control, such as you adding a new plug-in that causes errors in the operation of the site. So you may want us to fix it for you.
As part of the chosen site care plan, every month you will receive a certain number of hours of free work from a WordPress specialist to use for programming, graphic design work or content entry. If we can fix the problem that has arisen within the allotted free specialist hours then we will fix it at no extra charge.
However, if the problem requires more work then such a service will have to be priced separately. We will provide you with a specific quote and the time it will take to fix the problem and, once approved, we will begin the work.
