That’s all included. Anything we can complete in 30 minutes is considered 1 “job” and you get as many jobs as you need. However, we don’t do things that require several hours like redesigning your whole site, writing posts or other content, designing a new logo, or custom development projects.

During the onboarding process we request an Administrative user account for WordPress as well as a login for your web hosting dashboard. With these two pieces of information we can setup routine site management like plugin and theme updates, malware & security scanning, as well as our daily offsite backups.

Yes, you can upgrade, or downgrade once per month. New care plan will become active at the beginning of the next month.

It doesn’t matter as far as your WPSupport Basic or Plus Care Plan is concerned. We can maintain and manage WordPress websites on any hosting provider. However, you may want to change providers if your provider is using outdated software (like PHP 5.5 or lower) or is slow. If you decide you want to change, we can make recommendations, and even help migrate your site to the new host.

To take advantage of all features included in WPSupport Max Plan we suggest you host your site on our servers.

Our hosting does not include email hosting.

We install and configure iThemes Security on WPSupport Basic Plan, Sucuri Web Application Firewall (WAF) on WPSupport Plus and Max Care Plans. We also filter bad bots on our servers on WPSupport Max Plan. We also setup daily Malware scanning, blacklist and uptime monitoring and backup your website on the cloud. You can feel at ease knowing your site will always be secure and can quickly be restored, should anything go wrong.

Yes, we offer a 10% discount for each additional website care plan. Contact us and we’ll take care of the rest.

Hosting is included in WPSupport Max Plan.
WPSupport Max Plan hosting is suitable for sites with up to 40 000 monthly visits and offers 5GB SSD storage.

We offer a full refund within the first 30 days of purchase of one of our plans. If you’re unsatisfied with your service for any reason during your first 30 days with us, we’ll give you back 100% of the money you gave us. We don’t offer pro-rated refunds after the first 30 days of service.

You can cancel your WPSupport Care Plan at any time. We’ll probably be sad that we don’t get to work with you anymore. Other than that, there’re no additional fees or risks. We also have 30 days refund policy.

If you don’t have a website care plan you can sign up for one, however when taking on new sites that contain malware we also charge a one-off emergency hack cleanup fee. Once a site has been cleaned we advise continuing with website care and protecting it with Sucuri Web Application Firewall (WAF), which is included in our WPSupport Plus and Max Care Plans.
